QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10+ years in the Travel or Hospitality or related industries or Current Student enrolled in 4-year Degree College or University with major in F&B Services, Chefs, Hotel/Hospitality/Lodging, Travel, Tourism, or Transpotation. Students & Post Grads, Alumni, and Professors.
• Must have travelled either for business or personal and stayed at various levels of Motels, Hotels, and Resorts.
• Have excellent command of the English language in Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
• Willingness to work on a Per-Assignment basis.
• Certain assignments will require a laptop and digital camera.
• Have Zoom capabilities (interviews will be conducted via a conference service online).
• Willing to be paid as an Independent Contractor (Form 1099) or you can furnish us with a corporation and be able to provide Fed ID # or EIN.

COMPENSATION

Although compensation will vary depending on role, every “Ghost” engaged will receive an Agreement in writing stating the Remuneration Package.

Additionally, all “Ghosts” will receive an Assignment Document prior to each assignment they choose to accept. These documents will present actual compensation and pre-approved expenses included in the assignment.

Compensation for each assignment will vary as each client's needs are different. These opportunities are based on demographics, where you reside and where our clients are located, or where they need our services rendered. You may opt to travel to locations outside of your residence should the need arise.

STANDARD APPLICATION

All candidates must fill out our Online Form. No resumes will be accepted unless pasted into the completed form. Click here for our Ghost Application (Required for ALL Candidates).

You may leave out SSN. After Application has been reviewed you will receive an email from us with Next Step. If you are not accepted you will also receive an email as to why we feel you do not qualify for what we are seeking. If you have been accepted then you will be invited to our “INTRODUCTION MEETING”. At this meeting we will answer all of your questions. This meeting will be held via "ZOOM". Systems information will be sent ahead of time. Meetings are generally held on Sundays at 2:00PM (Eastern Time). After the meeting, if you decide to move forward you will have a One-On-One Interview with our Founder and then be given the opportunity to take our “TEST”.

The TEST

All “Ghosts”, whether management or not, must take the Test. You will not be paid for the test. You will select a local restaurant of your choice, and we will provide you with a sample (once in training much more in-depth), of what you need to do and see. Then when you get back home you go to a link we will provide and do a report online about the restaurant and your experience.
