Details: From your residence you will provide Odometer Reading from Start to Finish when you arrive home. You will call the restaurant for directions even if you know them. You will write them down; you will get the person’s name who gave you the directions. You will go to the restaurant during its busy hours if you can. What does the Parking Lot look like? Do they offer Valet Parking? If yes, cost? If yes, what is the name of the Valet who parked your car? Would you tip him/her & why? Describe the restaurant doors? When you walk in what do you see first? What do you see 2nd and ongoing? Is there a desk or some type of podium where host or hostess stands or sits, describe it? Is the floor carpeted or tiled? What shape is the floor in? What about the ceiling? Did you have to wait to be seated? How Long? Where were you seated? How far did you have to walk? ARE YOU GETTING THE PICTIURE NOW! Did the Host or Hostess make small talk? Ask you how many in your party? You should answer 3. Did he/she give you a menu (hope you have handwipes with you… Menus are the most germ ridden item you will ever touch). Since you are paying you may order coffee or tea or what ever you want since we are NOT paying for it. This is TEST. The hard part? …ask for an item that you truly believe they do not have. If you are there for breakfast, you may ask for Horse Radish Sauce, you don’t have to eat it, but you must sell it to the server to believe you really want it, perhaps in your coffee (ha-ha). Does the Server ask about it? Did you do a good job making him or her believe it? Did they have it? Did they fetch it? Did they convey it to others and are staring to watch you use it? Are they laughing at you? You could always say it is the wrong color and you changed your mind. GHOSTS will always receive Details of what is expected of you. Some Ghosts cannot handle this part.
